The first thing you need to do is click the blue button. This will take you to the checkout page to reserve your First Birthday Portrait Experience (we will choose your specific date/time later over the phone). Your session fee of $75 is required to reserve your First Birthday Portrait Experience.

STEP 2: We'll Call You

Once your payment has been successful, we'll call you within 24 business hours to set up a date and time for your session.

On the call we'll answer any additional questions you may have and discuss colors and themes for your cake, balloons and set.

Relax! We know it is hard to do that as a mom, but trust me ... we have everything under control to provide you and your baby the most amazing birthday experience!

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! If you are searching for a studio to take your baby to, this is definitely the place! The whole process from scheduling to taking the pictures was smooth, easy and worth every penny.

The photographer is so sweet and genuine, and she keeps in touch by email leading up to your session to make sure you are prepared. Once the big day arrives, you are greeted at the door with a personalized welcome sign for your little one! Adorable!

She was patient and sweet with my son and even made him laugh. They have props, backgrounds and everything you need for the perfect portrait session! Within a week of my session, they had me come back to view my images and choose my favorites to order. There were so many photos that I loved that I had to order an album.

We know you may have some questions! Here are the most frequently asked questions we hear from clients while booking their Smash Cake Portraits!

How do we book our session and can we book on weekends?

Click on any of the blue buttons on this website and fill out the information form. Once you hit submit you can either pay for your session and reserve your session right away, or wait for us to call you within 24 business hours to chat with you and book on the phone. Yes! We photograph on select weekends. These dates fill up fast! FYI our weekends in November are reserved for Christmas and Holiday themed sessions. If your baby's birthday is in the fall, you will need to book your session on a weekday.

What themes are available for my session?

We have a wide variety of props and backgrounds and can typically work with our clients to photograph most themes or color combinations. Many parents often bring with them elements from the decorations for the birthday party to personalize their set. When we chat on the phone we can talk about the options and create a look you will love!

Do I have to bring the cake?

No!! We know you are a busy mom and have lots to do! This is one way we can remove the stress from your day. When we chat on the phone to plan your session, we will discuss colors and themes and then we will get your cake ordered from Publix. Yes.... your baby will get to eat the most delicious Publix bakery cake! Don't worry ... we won't judge if you sneak a taste or finish their cake after the session is over!

How many photos do you take?

During your session we aim for the following scenes:

1. Simple outfit that isn't themed for birthday

2. Outfit that matches the color of the balloons

3. Smash Cake time!

4. After the cake and baby are cleaned up we bring out one of our bathtubs for a few extra images!

After your session, we edit through your images and prepare them for you to view. We invite you to come back to the studio within a week of your session to view your images on our big screen TV. This is when you choose your favorites to order. From most first birthday sessions we show between 40-50 images.

Do you offer digital images?

Yes we do! They are available to purchase from your session in a variety of ways. We want our clients to have printed versions of their images to last a lifetime, but we know how important digital images are to moms as well! All of our custom-designed albums come with matching digital images. You can also purchase a collection of high resolution digital images starting at $495.
